Quotation about Roland Freisler

In 1932 Nikolaus Groß writes about Roland Freisler in the WAZ:

[Back]

Party comrade Freisler gives ground for the greatest hopes. He was a communist, a Marxist, November politician (an allusion to the 9th November 1918 which marked the beginning of the Weimar Republic), Untermensch (racist term for people of cultures that the Nazis did not agree with), Soviet apparatchik, then Nazi, Anti-Marxist. What else might become of him?

Westdeutsche Arbeiterzeitung from 25th June 1932, Nikolaus Groß
